When I answered a call from this number it was music and I was unable to hang up. This went on for approx 10 mins.

I also had a call from this number and couldnt hang up. It played music and said stay on the line our call is important to us.

Phone call from these scumbags every day, although registered with Telephone Preference Service. When I ask them not to call they hang up without a word then call again the following day.

I have had so many phone calls from this company – they will not take no as an answer – I have got there number in my phone as Do Not Answer.

Had a call from this company on 26/10/2011 just got music when we answered they tied up my land line for over 30mins what a bunch of morons

I have signed up with TPS but receiving calls from this number. No one there when I answer.

Don’t answer if this number comes up, all you get is music and your line blocked for ages, even when you put the phone down, they are still there when you pick receiver up again Morons !!!!!!!!

Had lots of calls from this number, it blocks your line. Decided to hold on to see what happens and was on hold for over 1 hour!! before they cut me off. Have phoned Redress today and told them not to phone me again they have said they will deal with it, we will see!!!!

Had a call from this number today – same thing – just music and voice asking you to hold on – blocked line for about 10 mins.

Had a call from this number – recorded message saying someone would be with me shortly – waited a few minutes then put phone down – decided to ring 1471 to see who it was and they were still there (music playing) put phone again – then picked up again still music playing and a recording of “an agent will be with you shortly” – finally unpluged phone – waited a few minutes and got my line back again – I know these call centres have to make a living but this is stupid blocking someones phone lines, it maybe that someone needs it in an emergency.

We keep getting calls from this number, starting to get fed up with them now.

Had the same experience today, just like J Lomax. Same words and same putting me on hold as if I’d phoned them! I put the phone down then tried picking it up to try 1471, but they were still there. Eventually the line was clear again and I rang 1471.
