Called me and claimed to be calling from the Hlaifax but I do not bank with the Halifax.

Rang my mobile and then hung up as soon as I answered. I think I recall this number from four months or so back: same thing – mobile rings, I answer, they hang up and then my house ‘phone immediately rings and they want to speak to the owner. Sounds like a scam.
